I narrowly escaped with my life.

I find it strange and ironic that the same conservatives who use the "will of the markets" as a justification for sending jobs overseas want the government to build a wall between the U.S. and Mexico to prevent Mexicans from "stealing" work from Americans. Apparently when people come IN to our country to work and live and pay taxes, that's stealing, and stealing is bad. But when a corporation fire 1500 call center workers in cincinnati so they can give them to workers in Bangladesh, who do not live in America and who do not pay taxes in America, that's good. Because the market wants those americans to lose thier jobs. But the market sure as heck does does not want mexicans. Apparently.
